Reckless Youth Ministry is Located in the heart of South San Jose
We are a group of young people loving Jesus, serving people, and proclaiming the Gospel that was freely given to us. We are unashamed of our faith. We are in a reckless pursuit of Christ and will stop at nothing to honor and bring glory to Jesus. We do community through fellowship, Bible studies, worship and gatherings of all sorts. We do life as a family of believers working toward the same goal. We go out and represent Jesus in our schools, families, and sports teams and wherever we may serve. We Love Jesus, We Serve People and We Proclaim the Gospel!!!!
What We Beleive
We believe in the one Triune God, eternally existing in three persons––Father, Son, and Holy Spirit; co–eternal in being, co–eternal in nature, co–equal in power and glory, having the same attributes and perfections.We believe that salvation is the gift of God brought to man by grace and received by personal faith in the Lord Jesus Christ, whose precious blood was shed on Calvary for the forgiveness of our sins.We believe that all the redeemed, once saved, are kept by God’s power and are thus secure in Christ forever
Why We Meet
We see Community as unity and it is important for our faith to have time of fellowship. We believe it is vital to our faith to walk with one another to encourage one another. We know that life is tough but that is why God gave us friends and family the Church to encourage us. Here at Reckless Youth Ministry, we are a family.
What is Reckless
The History of Reckless Youth Ministry. When Pastor Anthony came down in Febuarary of 2013, he was thrilled to follow his call and work in Youth Ministry. After much prayer He was struck by Jeremy Camp's Song: Reckless. After hearing it over and over and going to a concert later that month, he could not resisit the message the song gave. Reckless is not a negative word but a Biblical understanding that we should seek Jesus no matter what the cost. That is why we are Reckless, we are willing to give up everything to honor and bring glory to our Lord and Savior JESUS!!!
